Irish Potato Making – Fun for Residents, Volunteers and Families Too!

A sure sign that St. Paddy’s Day is here! Those scrumptious Irish treats – Irish Potatoes. Residents, volunteers and even family members joined the fun as they prepared them for the Manor’s St. Patrick’s Day sale. Below, Irene Gavin getting ready to roll the “potato” and the entire group of potato makers with “Irish eyes smiling,” whether they are Irish or not!
