I have been working for United Methodist Communities in senior housing for 30 years now and I absolutely love what I do.
I wear so many hats. I am a member of the Riverview Medical Center Patient Family Advisory Committee. During my service, I have learned so much about the hospital. The purpose of this committee is to:
Improve patient satisfaction, service excellence, safety, quality, and customer loyalty.
Partner with patients and families to unite the visions in the care they provide.
Develop and build relationships to better serve the residents of the community.
Provide input and ideas to help guide the hospital’s priorities and plans for the future.
Bring patients and families up to date with any new projects and services.
As a member of the committee, which meets once a month, I received an invitation to celebrate Riverview’s 90 years of service to the community with the administrators, doctors, staff, and others. The party proved to be an outstanding event!
As a native of Liberia, I am happy to be a part of several philanthropic organizations that raise funds and solicit school supplies and other services for Liberia. Some of these organizations include the Ganta United Methodist Mission School Alumni Association, and the Liberian Community Association of Northern New Jersey.
As you can see, I love people as a whole. I am truly a people person!
