Colleen, the assistant housing administrator at United Methodist Communities at Wesley by the Bay, demonstrated how to cook a healthy green bean casserole.
This demonstration occurred just before Thanksgiving. All the residents who attended received a small gift, and directions on how to cook the casserole.
After the demonstration, residents asked questions and shared some of their own cooking tips. Most of all, everyone enjoyed tasting the healthy dish.
