Russell Nagy Appointed Corporate Director of Plant Operations of United Methodist Communities

— United Methodist Communities (UMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Russell Nagy to the position of corporate director of plant operations of United Methodist Communities.

In this role, Mr. Nagy, a resident of Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, oversees and directs the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry associates at United Methodist Communities’ 13 statewide locations. Among his duties, Mr. Nagy ensures the efficiency and continuity of services among the plants.

Mr. Nagy reports to President and CEO, Larry Carlson, who states, “Russell joins UMC with deep experience in facilities management, regulatory compliance, and life safety systems.”

Skilled in the operation of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; plumbing; electrical; and life safety systems, Mr. Nagy holds two Emergency Management certificates and Low Pressure Boiler Operators Licenses (Black Seal). His experience includes successful New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) surveys and inspections.
